Each class is built to develop strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive environment. With expert coaches, structured programming, and a focus on fun, Derry Athletics helps every athlete move better, feel stronger, and build lifelong healthy habits — no team commitment required.

  • Adventure Athletes

    Personalized coaching for athletes looking to improve technique, build confidence, and reach specific milestones. Offered in-person, virtually, or in a hybrid format for maximum convenience.

    Elite Agility & Flex

    Ages: 11–18 | Length: 50 minutes

    A dynamic class designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and agility for teen athletes. Through advanced stretching techniques, speed ladders, and movement drills, participants will gain better body control, reduce risk of injury, and build the explosive movement needed for competitive sports

    Power & Core Performance

    Ages: 11–18 | Length: 50 minutes

    This class focuses on building core strength, stability, and endurance through challenging circuits and functional training. Expect exercises like planks, push-ups, bodyweight holds, balance drills, and resistance-based movements that improve posture, stamina, and overall athletic power.

    Open Training

    Ages: 10+ | Flexible Drop-In Sessions

    An open gym time designed for older athletes who want freedom to focus on their own goals. The gym will provide open mat space and self-guided training stations for conditioning, agility, flexibility, and core work. Participants can practice skills, or use the designated self-stations at their own pace. Coaches provide supervision and guidance for safety, but athletes lead their own training focus.

    This session is perfect for teens who want extra practice outside of class, cross-train for their sport, or just enjoy an open space to move and stay active.
